To try and make both parties happy I structure with an upfront cash buyout based on the amount of client’s you’ve worked in the past 12 months, and an earnout model where you earn additional payouts based on client retention. This ensures that:

- Both parties are incentivized to crease a seamless transition with continued great service.
- We can invest in maintaining and growing the relationships you’ve nurtured.
