This is how to add or remove programs in safe mode
To be able to run add remove programs in safe mode you need to:
- Open Notepad
- Copy the registry entry’s from below into the text file
- Choose “File”, “Save As”
- Change the “Save As” type to “All Files”
- Save it as safemodeinstall.reg
- Double Click the newly create safemodeinstall.reg file and let it import the registry entries
- Open Add / Remove Programs
