Create O365 Rule to only allow email from smart host
go to exchange admin center

Often times it’s easier to just turn off Spam Filtering than it is to ask users to keep adding people to Whitelists, so this is how you can create an Office 365 rule to bypass spam filtering

 

Steps to Bypass Spam Filtering in Office 365

 

  • Login to Office 365 as ad admin
  • Go to Exchange Admin Center
  • Go to Classic Exchange admin center

go to classic exchange admin center
  • Go to Mail flow
  • Go to RULES and then Add Rule
  • See the image below or follow these steps (is white against white background so may be hard to see)
  • Set settings to Apply this rule if ‘APPLY TO ALL MESSAGES’
  • Do the Following – Set the spam confidence level SCL to – ‘bypass spam filtering’
  • Click SAVE
