Cant Add Youtube End Screen Element Because at Least One Element Must Be a Video or Playlist Fix

I couldn’t add a Youtube end screen annotation to link to my website https://www.lmeservices.com and after finding nothing on the interwebs I figured out that the cant add end screen element is more a failure of messaging than an actual issue within Youtube’s video manager editor.
