THE INITIAL TECH CHALLENGES

 

29th Street had piecemeal IT support so no one had properly setup search functionality on their Office 365 Hosted Exchange email services. 

The client needed the emails quickly and their search parameters were complicated – they also needed these relevant emails put together in a way that their legal counsel could easily access and search through:

THE SOLUTION

 

With a signed Proposal in place, LME worked with 29th St. staff to formulate a schedule where LME staff could implement their Audit.

The O365 Email Audit went as follows:

 

• Assisted 29th St. staff in creating an account in the O365 console
• Logged in as the aforementioned account and added the necessary roles for Auditing, Searching, Exporting and Viewing
• Worked with staff to create an email search based on the specific email address and email content criteria
• Finalized and queued up the search
• Epocrted the results
• Installed and Configured the O365 eDiscovery Tool
• Downloaded results with de-duplication
• Converted results to PST format
• Encrypted PST file and emails
• Send finalized search audit results to relevant parties with the encryption password

 

THE RESULTS
