Leon Engelking is the Founder of LME Services, having launched the company in 1994 after a career at IBM during the early rise of Microsoft and personal computing. Recognizing an underserved population of business owners who needed dependable, practical IT support as internet adoption emerged, Leon built LME from the ground up to meet that need. Over more than three decades, he guided the company through major technology shifts, including ransomware growth, cloud computing adoption, and the transition to remote work.
