Tawk.to gives you an amazing amount of chat box functionality for free

This is where a very useful and free tool by Tawk comes into play, it’s a Live Chat Box for your website that is not only free but comes with an App for the iOS and Android that allows you to respond to and manage website driven chat sessions from your phone.

A chat box tool like Tawk is convenient for you and the visitors, is free, manageable and according to studies can increase conversion rates.  Go ahead and chat me up now, you’ll see the tool on the bottom right of my website.

The other nice part about Tawk is that you can have triggers on certain pages with custom messaging.  One page can have a different greeting than another and the delay between those greetings can vary based on your parameters.

A 2nd important tool to add is Clicky, a free system that you can add to your website that will allow you to monitor the traffic that is going to your website.

Clicky has a simple WordPress plugin that lets you see a treasure trove of information about your visitors (I prefer it over Google analytics)

When the code is added to your website you can see how many people are going to your site, what search terms drove them to your site, which pages they are visiting and host of other metrics that can help you decide if your website is working or not.

Website conversion is a powerful part of a businesses arsenal and when it is aimed at a proper target and executed with the rights tools it can help increase your conversion percentages.
